Both are conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, a hospital, a school, parks, and the CBD.

The 1-bedroom cottage exudes timeless charm and is equipped with modern amenities. The bedroom opens directly onto a tranquil garden, providing a serene outdoor retreat. For added comfort, the beds feature electric blankets, and both the living area and main bedroom have their TVs connected to the internet with access to local channels. The cottage also includes air conditioning, the kitchen is well-appointed with a barista-style coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and oven, and a bathroom with a washing machine for your convenience.

Our ground-floor 3-bedroom apartment is designed for both ease and comfort. It features a private entrance for added security and a spacious living area with ample seating. The kitchen, which includes a dining area, is ideal for families or groups of 2, 4, or even 6.

The apartment includes two main bedrooms with king-sized beds and built-in wardrobes, while the third bedroom offers two additional beds. All beds are fitted with electric blankets. One of the main bedrooms has an ensuite with a modern bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a bath. A second bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and the apartment also features a washing machine and dryer. Each room comes with a TV connected to the internet with access to local channels. The kitchen is well-appointed with a barista-style coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and oven, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable.

To ensure your comfort during the cooler Tassie winters, the main bedrooms have panel heating, while the living area and kids' room are fitted with a large split system for both heating and cooling. Both bathrooms are also equipped with heaters. The property overlooks a beautiful garden, shared between the apartment and the cottage, providing a tranquil space for relaxation.
